GO TO - Your mail – Options at top right hand side – More options (Mail options in the case of CLASSIC MAIL) – SIGNATURE from the list at left hand side – Switch on SHOW A SIGNATURE – Change to Rich Text – Align center and Paste the copied Banner – Save changes. To confirm, go to NEW mail and see if the banner is pasted there.

    G-MAIL USERS:

GO TO - Your mail – Settings at top right hand side – General - Scroll down to SIGNATURE COLUMN – Switch on USE SIGNATURE – Change to Rich Text – Align center and Paste the copied Banner – Scroll down and Save changes. To confirm, go to COMPOSE MAIL and see if the banner is pasted there.

GO TO - Your mail – Options at top right hand side – More Options – Writing Email - Personal email Signature – Change to Rich Text – Align center and Paste the copied Banner – Save. To confirm, go to NEW mail and see if the banner is pasted there.
